The Real Deal profiled Aquantis Group's early plans to develop a collection of luxury waterfront residences on the Intracoastal near downtown West Palm Beach, spanning the Prospect Park, El Cid and SoSo neighborhoods. The first residence, 2914 Washington Road, came to market at $13.5 million ahead of its completion later that year.
